Dazhong.com, November 17th:  In order to meet the increasing demand for sewage discharge and production water from textile printing and dyeing enterprises in the park, CITIC Environmental Technology has launched the second phase of the sewage treatment plant in the Chaonan Circular Economy Industrial Park (hereinafter referred to as the Chaonan Project).   At present, the first phase of the second phase of the sewage treatment plant of the CITIC Environmental Chaonan Project has successfully achieved water connection in early 2021, and the second phase of the project has recently completed the water connection commissioning work.  


As an important supporting project of the CITIC Environmental Chaonan Circular Economy Industrial Park, the second phase of the sewage treatment plant has been facing the problem of tight schedule and heavy tasks since its start. The project team has concentrated manpower and material resources to catch up with the schedule under the premise of ensuring the quality of the project. The project construction progress is fully promoted, and the project will finally successfully complete the water connection and commissioning work in the second phase of the project in November 2021.


After the second phase of the sewage treatment plant in the CITIC Environmental Chaonan Circular Economy Industrial Park was fully watered, the overall sewage treatment capacity and the amount of reclaimed water in the park have been improved as a whole. The total scale of wastewater treatment has been increased from 40,000 m3/day in the first phase to 155,000 m3/day. CITIC Environmental Technology’s world-leading MBR membrane reaction technology + ozone contact process is adopted, and the effluent meets the "Textile Printing and Dyeing Industry Water Pollutant Discharge Standard (" GB4287-2012)" limit requirements. The project adopts the combination of ultrafiltration + reverse osmosis double membrane process and EDI (Electro Deionization) to convert industrial wastewater into high-quality demineralized water. The utilization rate of recycled water in the park reaches more than 50%, and the utilization scale of reclaimed water reaches 80,000 tons per day. All the daily production in the park will be reused.


CITIC Environmental Chaonan Circular Economy Industrial Park, as a key project in the comprehensive environmental improvement of the Lianjiang River Basin, strives to break the two major bottlenecks of pollution and energy consumption faced by the textile printing and dyeing industry, taking "circular economy" as the core concept and market-oriented operation as the means , Integrated industrial production, sewage treatment, recycled water utilization, centralized heating, waste heat power generation, solid waste resource disposal "six in one" circular economy industrial park business model, promote the formation of front-end energy supply and back-end wastewater, waste gas, solid waste treatment Closed-loop to maximize resource utilization and minimize waste emissions, making the energy-saving, pollution-reducing and carbon-reducing goals of the "Circular Economy Industrial Park" a reality, effectively promoting the transformation and upgrading of the traditional textile printing and dyeing industry with high pollution and high energy consumption, and successfully releasing the national strategic pillar industry New momentum for green development.
